摘要:
为降低劳动成本、提高生产效率,设计枪弹自动包装线上木箱码垛控制系统。采用直角坐标码垛设计思想,由X/Y/Z三个步进轴构成空间直角坐标,配合传输线的S轴(三相异步电机)完成码垛工艺,并成功应用于某枪弹自动包装线项目。应用结果表明,该系统能实现可靠高效连续自动化码垛,大幅度地减少在线操作人员数量,降低劳动强度,提高安全可靠性,具有一定的推广应用价值。
Abstract:
To reduce labor cost and improve production efficiency, the wooden case stacking control system is designed. The control system adopts the design method of stacking in space rectangular coordinate.The space rectangular coordinate is made up of three axises drived by stepping motor.Three axises are respectively called after X axis,Y axis and Z axis.The wooden case transmission line is drived by triple phase asynchronous motor and called after S axis. Three axises work in with S axis to fulfill stacking technics. The control system is successfully applied to some bullet automatic package line project. The application results indicate that the control system can achieve continuous automated stack based on the reliability and high efficiency, greatly reduce the number of online operator, reduce labor intensity, improve the safety and reliability,is worthy of generalize and application.
