摘要:
该文结合现场的实际情况,设计船用柴油机主轴承温度监控系统,将安装在机舱内的柴油机主轴承温度传感器连接至船用网络,网络系统将温度信息传输到PLC控制单元内,实现主轴承的自动监视与控制任务,减少人工的介入。并将其用于监控5000 m3/h非自航绞吸式挖泥船的大功率柴油机主轴承温度,使其安全可靠运行,满足用户要求。
Abstract:
In combination with the actual situation on site, it is designed in this paper that a main bearing temperature monitoring system for the Marine diesel engine. The Main bearing temperature sensor that installed in the cabin is connected to Marine network system. Through the network system, the temperature signal is transmitted to the PLC control unit, which is capable of automatic monitoring and controlling the Main bearing temperature, avoiding manual intervention. It is used to monitor the main bearing temperature of the high power diesel engine of 5000 m3/h non-self-propelled cutter suction dredger, so as to ensure its safe and reliable operation and meet the requirements of users.
