摘要:
由于电梯的频繁使用以及安装误差使得钢丝绳的磨损不均,进而导致各股钢丝绳张力之间存在一定的偏差。该文对钢丝绳磨损与张力偏差之间的关系进行了研究,并通过动态采集钢丝绳在磨损后的振动频率计算出动态状态下的张力。现场试验验证方法的可行性,从而有效地反映出钢丝绳磨损量与张力之间的函数关系。
Abstract:
Because of the frequent use of elevators and installation errors, the wire rope wear is not uniform, which leads to a certain deviation between the tension of each wire rope.The relationship between the abrasion of wire rope and the deviation of tension is studied in this paper.The feasibility of the method is verified by field test, which can reflect the function relation between the amount of wear and tension of wire rope effectively.
