摘要:
传统的离散制造车间生产依赖若干独立的单一功能软件,由于缺乏有效的集成与数据共享,难以达到车间生产过程的总体优化。为了对车间生产过程进行集成化管理,提高产品的生产质量,缩短生产周期,需要对制造执行系统开展研究,并开发支撑车间生产的软件系统。该文针对某重型机械企业离散制造车间现存生产调度问题及管理弊端,设计了该离散制造车间的MES总体解决方案,基于.NET开发平台的VS开发环境,开发以生产计划调度和数据管理为核心的MES系统。
Abstract:
Traditional discrete manufacturing workshops rely on a number of independent, single-function software. Due to the lack of effective integration and data sharing, it is difficult to achieve overall optimization of the shop floor production process.In order to integrate the production process of the workshop, improve the production quality of the products, and shorten the production cycle, it is necessary to conduct research on the manufacturing execution system and develop a software system that supports the production of the workshop.In this paper, the existing production scheduling problem and management malpractice of the discrete manufacturing workshop of a heavy machinery enterprise are designed. The MES overall solution of the discrete manufacturing workshop is designed. Based on the VS development environment of the .NET development platform, the development is based on production planning and data management. MES system.
