摘要:
针对石化油品罐区液位测控系统,就国内某大型炼厂设计经验总结了不同工况下雷达液位计的选型及应用,详细分析了基于雷达液位计测量的系统设计及FISCO(Fieldbus intrinsically safe concept)本安结构实现。对汽油内浮顶储罐导波管的制作和安装注意事项进行了阐述,从现实工程实施角度上,提出了可行的方案。
Abstract:
The measuring system of petrochemical oil storage tanks is designed using radar liquidometer in a domestic large refinery. The experience of selection and application is introduced under different working conditions, also the implementation of FISCO(Fieldbus intrinsically safe concept) intrinsic safety architecture. The considerations are expounded on the manufacture and installation of wave-guiding tube for inner floating roof gasoline tank. A feasible solution is proposed from the perspective of practical engineering implemention.
