摘要:
为了研究水泥水化过程阻抗变化趋势,设计出一种基于变压器原理的非接触式水泥阻抗变频测量仪。该装置主要包括宽频带的交流信号发生器和功率放大器、变压器、电压和电流传感器、ARM控制器为核心的数据采集系统以及一套 VC 管理软件。水泥材料样品分别与变压器的初级线圈和次级线圈耦合,信号发生器产生多频率信号通过变压器次级线圈发射,对感测出样品电压的信号和感测出样品电流信号进行采集,成功摆脱了传统方法中的接触电阻和电极极化等弊端,极大提高了水泥阻抗测量的准确性。
Abstract:
In order to process the impedance variation of cement hydration, design a kind of non-contact cement impedance frequency conversion measurement instrument based on the principle of transformers. The device includes signal generator and power wideband amplifier, transformer, voltage and current sensor, arm data acquisition system 2M sampling rate and a set of primary VC management software. The coil and the secondary coil of the coupling transformer and cement material samples respectively, the signal generator generates a multi frequency signal through the secondary coil of the transformer on the sensed signal emission, sample voltage and current signal sensed samples were collected and managed to get rid of the traditional method of contact resistance and electrode polarization and other defects, which greatly improves the accuracy of impedance measurement of cement.
