摘要:
随着现代车间向智能化方向发展,基于工作流对车间综合自动化系统进行建模和研究也变得越来越重要和困难。该文基于访问控制技术对基于工作流的企业综合自动化系统进行设计,设计其工作流引擎的应用模型,给出了自定义表单的工作流系统结构。通过智能数字化工厂硬件平台阐述了现代智能车间综合自动化系统的实现过程,该系统包括工件仓储管理、数字化制造加工、自动化输送、信息管理等一系列自动化过程,可满足智能数字化工厂理念并展示了基于工作流的企业综合自动化系统的优越性。
Abstract:
With the development of modern workshop towards intellectualization,it is becoming more and more difficult to model and research the workshop integrated automation system based on workflow.Based on access control technology,this paper designs an enterprise integrated automation system based on workflow,designs the application model of workflow engine,and gives the structure of workflow system with custom form.The realization process of modern intelligent workshop integrated automation system is expounded through the hardware platform of intelligent digital factory.The system includes a series of automation processes such as workpiece warehousing management,digital manufacturing and processing, automatic transmission,information management, etc.It can satisfy the concept of intelligent digital factory and show the superiority of workflow-based enterprise integrated automation system.
