摘要:
针对传统染色系统就地存储模式以及有限的计算能力已经无法满足智慧染色对过程数据监测、生产线的智能诊断、产品追溯等要求,设计了基于云监控的智慧染色控制系统架构。数据采集层采用现场总线实现了染色过程数据的采集和工艺数据的集中发布,网络层采用物联网、TCP Socket接口技术将传感器采集的数据送至云数据库进行存储,Web端监控界面采用Ajax方法获取实时数据并显示。实验表明,云平台实现了大量过程数据的可靠存储,为专家诊断与产品追溯奠定基础。
Abstract:
Traditional dyeing systems with the in-situ storage mode and limited computing?capabilities can not meet the requirements proposed by smart dyeing of process data monitoring,intelligent diagnosis of production lines, and product traceability,a smart dyeing control system architecture based on cloud monitoring was designed.Fieldbus was used in the data acquisition layer to realize the collection of dyeing process data and the central release of process data.The data collected by the sensor was sent to the cloud database for storage through the IoT gateway and TCP Socket interface technology in the network layer.Ajax was used to acquire real-time data which was displayed it in the web-side monitoring interface.The experiment result shows that large amounts of process data can be stored reliably by cloud platform,the system establishes the foundation for expert diagnosis and product traceability.
