摘要:
楔式流量计在使用中相对于孔板流量计来说,对于同一种介质的静压损失要减小较多,楔式流量计+双法兰变送器的检测方式,省掉了引压管的铺设,从而节省了伴热源的铺设和伴热蒸汽的消耗,对于装置整体能耗的降低有一定的提高。但在实际运用中,若生搬硬套安装规范,则有可能因取压方式选取不适合工况,而导致仪表示值不准,如介质是液态时,按照规范取压口安装在管线低部或水平45°以下,楔块与取压口一般保持同侧,也在管线的水平45°以下部位,这样当介质通过时其内部包含的杂质颗粒便会因为楔块的阻抑,逐渐在楔式流量计底部内腔中沉淀,容易堵塞取压口,导致测量失真,因此现场安装一定要结合实际工况优化调整。
Abstract:
Abstract: Compared with orifice plate flowmeter,wedge flowmeter reduces more static pressure loss of the same medium in use.The detection method of wedge flowmeter + double flange transmitter saves the laying of pressure pipes,thus saves the laying of heat tracing source and the consumption of heat tracing steam,and has a certain degree of reduction in overall energy consumption of the device improvement.However,in practical application,if the installation specification of the hard sleeve is handled manually,it may result in inaccurate indication of the instrument due to the unsuitable selection of the pressure-taking mode.If the medium is liquid, the pressure-taking port shall be installed at the lower part of the pipeline or below 45° of the level according to the specification,and the wedge and the pressure-taking port shall generally remain on the same side and below 45° of the level of the pipeline. In this way,when the medium passes through, the impurity particles will gradually deposit in the bottom chamber of the wedge flowmeter because of the wedge block,which is easy to block the tap, leading to measurement distortion.Therefore,the field installation must be optimized and adjusted according to the actual working conditions.
