摘要:
随着电力系统的发展,三相模块化多电平换流器控制技术日渐趋于成熟,但目前对于单相MMC整流控制策略的研究较少,该文提出了一种基于载波移相控制单相H桥结构,先将静止坐标系下的交流量变换到旋转坐标系下的直流量,再通过电压外环以及电流内环控制生成正弦调制波并将其与三角载波进行比较从而控制子模块的投入和切出,以达到输出直流电压的目地。最终在SIMULINK上的仿真验证了上述控制方法的可行性。
Abstract:
With the development of the power system, the three-phase modular multilevel inverter control technology is increasingly mature, but now for single-phase rectifier control strategy of MMC study is less, this paper proposes a single-phase H bridge structure, based on carrier phase shift control divides the communication of static coordinates transform the straight flow, under the rotating coordinate system by voltage outer loop and current inner loop control to generate sine wave and comparing with the triangular carrier wave to control the investment and cut out of the sub module, in order to achieve the aim of the output dc voltage. Finally, the simulation on SIMULINK verifies the feasibility of the above control method.
