摘要:
冷水水表量大面广,为提高检测效率,提出一种基于主动活塞式的标准器,采用流量时间法的水表动态检定装置。该文介绍了流量时间法测试工作原理和数学计算模型,并对活塞式水表检定装置的关键技术、硬件测控系统、上位机程序进行详细说明。该检定装置体积误差在0.05%以内,标准器重复性为0.02%,装置流量稳定性为0.15%。经试验,测试3台DN15旋翼湿式冷水水表,采用流量时间法用时5分钟左右,而用启停法测试需要时间要42分钟左右,相比常用的启停法提高效率8倍以上,最大误差偏差为0.33%,具有试验流量范围宽、流量准确稳定、工作效率高、能耗低等显著优点。
Abstract:
In order to improve the detection efficiency, a dynamic verification device of water meter based on active piston standard is proposed. Its good stability and repeatability, compared with the start-up and stop method to eliminate the influence of the motion inertia of the detection element, compared with the commutation method to avoid the random error caused by the asymmetry of the flow beam. In this paper, the working principle and mathematical calculation model of flow time method are introduced, and the key technology, hardware measurement and control system and upper computer program of piston water meter verification device are described in detail. The piston type calibrator is a vertical structure with a nominal volume of 40L. The volume error is within 0.05%, the repeatability of the standard is 0.02%, the flow stability of the device is 0.15%, and the expanded uncertainty of the device is better than 0.2% (k = 2). For the water meter with small diameter of DN 15-dn25, the water consumption corresponding to each verification flow point is only 1.0 L, 1.0 L and 20 L. the piston can complete the indication error test of the specified three flow points in one operation. It takes about 5 minutes to test 3 sets of wet type water meters of rotor blades by using flow time method, while it takes about 42 minutes to test with start stop method. The efficiency is improved by more than 8 times, and the maximum error deviation is 0.33%. The device has the advantages of wide test flow range, accurate and stable flow rate, high working efficiency and low energy consumption.
