摘要:
浸入式浮子滑油箱传感器用来实时检测航空发动机滑油箱油量,其内部的电阻值随航空发动机滑油箱油面的浮动而变化。通过滑油油量传感器与参考电阻串联的电路设计,采用改进四线制测量电阻的方式,对电压信号进行放大、滤波、模/数转换处理,并设计算法对滑油油量和传感器状态进行处理。在常温、高温、低温状态下的实验结果表明设计误差不超过±0.5 L,显示了测量的精准性,提升了滑油油量测量的可靠性和可维护性。
Abstract:
The immersed float lubricating oil sensor is used to detect the amount of oil in the aero-engine lubricating oil tank in real time, and its internal resistance value changes with the floating of the oil level of the aero-engine lubricating oil tank. Through the circuit design of the lubricating oil volume sensor and the reference resistor in series, adopting an improved four-wire resistance measurement method and amplifying, filtering, analog/digital conversion and display processing,the sensor and the reference resistor is converted into digital signals,and an algorithm is designed to process the lubricating oil volume and sensor status.The detection experiment results of the sensor under normal temperature, high temperature, and low temperature state show that the design error does not exceed ±0.5L, which improves the measurement accuracy and reliability of the sensor, and improves the maintainability of the oil tank.
