电网常用的三相有源电力滤波器(APF)一般都是基于三相六开关拓扑,将三相六开关拓扑中一个桥臂上的2个开关用电容来替代便为三相四开关拓扑,三相四开关拓扑制定相应的控制策略可实现三相六开关APF的功能,一般作为三相六开关APF的一种较为经济的容错拓扑,来提高系统运行的可靠性。针对三相四开关APF控制策略的研究仍比较有限,该文研究了几种三相四开关APF的电流控制方法,并重点研究了基于dq同步旋转坐标系的直接电流控制策略,该控制策略不需要检测谐波电流,减少了所需传感器的数目并更易于利用DSP等数字芯片实现,同时避免了由于谐波检测的误差造成的补偿精度上的问题,通过将APF的数学模型转化到dq同步旋转坐标系下,利用PI控制器便可对电网输出电流的无静差跟踪控制。文中阐述了几种电流控制策略的原理,并建立了三相四开关APF的仿真模型,对基于dq坐标系的直接电流控制策略进行了仿真验证,证明该方法具有较好的动态特性和稳态特性。
Abstract:
Three-phase six-switch topology is the most commonly used topology for three-phase active-power-filter(APF) in the electric grid, if the two swicthes of the same bridge are replaced by capacitors, it change to three-phase four-switch topology. When properly control strategy is implemented on this topology, it can realize the functiones of the three-phase six-switch, so it usally used as economically fault-tolerant application for three-phase six-switch APF to enhance the reliability of the system. Recently, limited reseach is done for the control strategy of three-phase four-switch APF. In this paper, several current control strategies are researched, and mainly focused on the direct current control strategy which based on dq synchronization reference frame. The direct current control strategy dosen’t need to detect the harmonic current, so less current sensores are needed, and easy to be realized by using digital chip. Moreover, by transforming the mathematical model into dq synchronization reference frame, the static error of current can be sliminated. The principle of several current control strategies are elaberated, and the simulation model of three-phase four-switch APF is built to verify the performance of direct current control strategy based on dq synchronization reference frame, the dynamic characteristics and steady-state characteristics is proved by the simulation results.
