摘要:
设计了一种高精度小量程静力水准仪,详细阐述了其测量原理和机械结构。分析了静力水准仪在沉降监测应用中的系统精度,并根据系统精度设计确定了仪器出厂的最大残余误差。为保证仪器的测量精度,进行了仪器关键器件的选型。经试验验证,该静力水准仪具有测量精度高、重复性好、迟滞误差小、分辨率高和环境适应性强等特点,满足设计要求。将该静力水准仪应用于某大科学装置的沉降位移监测中,通过现场抬升实验和应用数据分析,表明该静力水准仪测量精度满足项目设计精度,实现了对大科学装置的沉降变化的实时精确监测,为该装置的稳定运行提供有力保障。
Abstract:
In this study, a high-precision small-range static level is designed, and the mechanical structure and measurement principle of the static level are expounded in detail. In this paper, the system accuracy of the static level in settlement monitoring application is analyzed, and the maximum residual error of the instrument is determined according to the system accuracy design requirements. In order to ensure the measurement accuracy of the instrument, the key components of the instrument are selected. The test verifies that the static level has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy, good repeatability, small hysteresis error, low resolution and strong environmental adaptability, which meets the design requirements. The static level was applied to the settlement monitoring of a Large-scale Scientific Facilities. Through the analysis of field lifting experiment and application data, it was shown that the static leveling system works well, and the measurement accuracy of the system meets the design accuracy. The real-time and accurate monitoring of the settlement change of the Large-scale Scientific Facilities is realized, which provides strong guarantee for the stable operation of the device.
