摘要:
针对选煤厂皮带机自动化控制系统对皮带机日常运行的监控能力差,导致皮带机故障识别准确性低、控制指令响应时间长的问题,设计基于视频监控与PLC的选煤厂皮带机自动化控制系统。硬件方面增设了视频监控设备,增加了传感器部分,更新CPU处理器并优化CPU开发板参数,同时,增设了PCL控制装置,优化视频监控传感器参数和系统视频监控功能。软件方面设定PLC编程环节,使用视频监控与PLC模块采集数据,通过最值法对视频监控采集结果进行预处理。采用双线性变换法,将高通模拟滤波器转化为高通数字滤波器,并采集结果进行滤波处理,获取相应的控制指令,构建PID控制器,实现选煤厂皮带机自动化控制。系统应用测试结果表明,该系统可有效提升皮带机故障识别准确性,缩短系统报警延迟与控制指令响应时间,进一步提升皮带机的自动化控制能力。
Abstract:
In response to the poor monitoring ability of the automatic control system of the belt conveyor in the coal preparation plant to the daily operation of the belt conveyor, which leads to low accuracy in identifying belt conveyor faults and long response time to control commands, a coal preparation plant belt conveyor automatic control system based on video monitoring and PLC is designed. In terms of hardware, video monitoring equipment has been added, sensor components have been added, CPU processors have been updated, and CPU development board parameters have been optimized. At the same time, PCL control devices have been added to optimize video monitoring sensor parameters and system video monitoring functions. In terms of software, PLC programming is set up, and video monitoring and PLC modules are used to collect data. The video monitoring collection results are preprocessed using the maximum value method. By using bilinear transformation method, the high-pass analog filter is transformed into a high-pass digital filter, and the results are collected for filtering processing, obtaining corresponding control instructions, and constructing a PID controller to achieve automatic control of the belt conveyor in the coal preparation plant. The system application test results indicate that, the system can effectively improve the accuracy of belt conveyor fault identification, shorten the system alarm delay and control command response time, and further improve the automatic control capability of the belt conveyor.
