摘要:
研究基于模糊算法的采煤机双滚筒同步调高控制方法,提升调高控制的抗干扰性。依据采煤机滚筒工作原理,建立滚筒调高机构数学模型,得到两个滚筒反馈的高度偏差值,以及高度偏差变化率;利用改进萤火虫算法,优化模糊PID算法的参数;在参数优化后的模糊PID算法内引入偏差-环形耦合控制策略,并输入高度偏差值与偏差变化率,输出双滚筒同步调高控制的调节量,补偿双滚筒的位置偏差,实现采煤机双滚筒同步调高控制。实验证明:该方法可有效实现双滚筒同步调高控制;添加负载扰动后,该方法调高控制的超调量较小,且调高曲线非常平滑,具备较优的抗干扰性能;不同截割阻抗时,该方法控制后双滚筒的位移变化曲线,与输入信号间的误差较小,且位移变化曲线非常光滑,无抖动现象,即控制精度较高、稳定性较优。
Abstract:
This paper studies the control method of double drum synchronous height adjustment of shearer based on fuzzy algorithm to improve the anti-interference of height adjustment control. According to the working principle of shearer drum, the mathematical model of drum height adjustment mechanism is established, and the feedback height deviation value of two drums and the change rate of height deviation are obtained. Using the improved firefly algorithm, the parameters of fuzzy PID algorithm are optimized. After parameter optimization, a deviation-ring coupling control strategy was introduced into the fuzzy PID algorithm, and the height deviation value and deviation change rate were input, and the adjustment quantity of double drum synchronous elevation control was output, so as to compensate the position deviation of double drum and realize the synchronous elevation control of shearer double drum. Experimental results show that the method can effectively realize the synchronous elevation control of two cylinders. With the addition of load disturbance, the overshoot controlled by the proposed method is small and the curve is very smooth, so it has better anti-interference performance. Under different cutting impedance, the displacement curve of the double drum controlled by this method has a small error with the input signal, and the displacement curve is very smooth without jitter phenomenon, that is, the control precision is higher and the stability is better.
