摘要:
为适应国家电网六氟化硫/氮气(SF6/N2)混合气体绿色环保组合电器推广应用,设计了一款混合气体专用阀。阀主要运用了弹性元件自动复位性能实现开关功能;应用软密封、硬密封以及相互结合的密封形式实现阀密封的可靠性、有效性;采用橡胶硫化工艺实现阀的内部密封系统的可靠性;通过机械限位的方式控制阀的最大开度,并以此保护弹性元件的完好性及有效功能;对于阀的材料也提出要求满足电力设备严苛的使用工况的要求。试验结果证明了该文设计的阀符合设计要求,各项性能良好,满足GIS设备发展需要。
Abstract:
The special valve for mixed gas was designed in order to adapt to the popularization and application of SF6/N2 mixed gas combined electric appliance of State Grid. The valve mainly uses elastic element’s automatic reset performance to realize the switch function.It also uses application of soft seal, hard seal and mutual sealing form to achieve the reliability and effectiveness of valve seal.The rubber vulcanization technology is used to realize the reliability of the internal sealing system.The maximum opening of the valve is controlled by means of mechanical limit, so as to protect the integrity and effective function of the elastic element.The material is also required to meet the requirements of the harsh working conditions of the power equipment. The test results show that the valve designed in this thesis meets the design requirements, and all performances are good, which can satisfy the needs of GIS equipment development.
