摘要:
根据减温水阀芯的运动状态模拟调节内流场,受到阀芯运动、不稳定流量系数的影响,调节负载增加,导致阀门开度偏离开度期望,无法稳定流通减温水流量,影响燃煤锅炉运行稳定性。因此,提出电厂燃煤锅炉减温水阀门开度自动化调节方法。分析减温水相对流量与阀芯运动之间的关系,并通过减温水阀门的可调比与CFD,模拟电厂燃煤锅炉减温水阀门开度调节内流场。计算蒸汽处于过热状态减温释放与吸收的热量,根据阀门开度与减温水流量之间的近似线性关系,建立减温水流场待调节流量与阀门开度的折算函数,自动将待调节的流量折算成减温水阀门需要调节的开度。将不稳定流量系数的磨损、腐蚀等影响因子考虑在内,补偿减温水阀门阀芯不稳定流量系数调节负载,从而实现阀门开度自动化精准调节。最终的调节结果显示,在06:59:00 AM~07:04:00 AM的时间段内,阀门开度在60%~100%的范围内变化,与阀门调节期望一致,能够稳定流通减温水流量,阀门开度自动化调节效果良好,对于提升电厂燃煤锅炉运行稳定性具有重要作用。
Abstract:
Simulate and regulate the internal flow field based on the motion state of the cooling water valve core. Due to the influence of valve core motion and unstable flow coefficient, the adjustment load increases, causing the valve opening to deviate from the expected opening, which cannot stabilize the flow rate of cooling water and affects the stability of coal-fired boiler operation. Therefore, an automatic adjustment method for the opening of the cooling water valve of coal-fired boilers in power plants is proposed. Analyze the relationship between the relative flow rate of cooling water and the movement of the valve core, and simulate the internal flow field of regulating the opening of the cooling water valve in coal-fired boilers in power plants through the adjustable ratio of the cooling water valve and CFD. Calculate the heat released and absorbed by steam in a superheated state during temperature reduction. Based on the approximate linear relationship between valve opening and the flow rate of cooling water, establish a conversion function between the flow rate to be adjusted in the cooling water flow field and the valve opening. Automatically convert the flow rate to be adjusted into the opening of the cooling water valve that needs to be adjusted. Taking into account factors such as wear and corrosion that affect the unstable flow coefficient, compensating for the unstable flow coefficient adjustment load of the cooling water valve core can achieve automatic and precise adjustment of valve opening.
