摘要:
在当前汽车行业快速发展的背景下,许多汽车零部件供应商仍在使用传统的手动检测台进行产品校验,在产品校验环节,产品检测效率低下,易漏检、误检,使用自动检测台可以解决以上问题,目前市面上自动检测台价格昂贵、通用性差,大批量使用给企业带来沉重的负担。针对该问题设计了一款通用的基于国产MCUAC78406的自动检测设备。不同产品的端子定义不同,接插件型号不同,通过更换线束适配各种产品,在上位机页面进行功能选配,生成不同产品的功能检测界面。结果表明,自动检测台通用性强,能够实现一台设备适配多款产品,大大降低企业的生产制造成本,提升企业产品竞争力。
Abstract:
Against the backdrop of the rapid development of the current automotive industry, many automotive component suppliers still use traditional manual test benches for product verification. In the product verification process, the efficiency of product testing is low, and missed detection and false detection are prone to occur. The use of automatic test benches can solve the above problems. However, the automatic test benches currently available on the market are expensive and have poor versatility, and their large-scale application imposes a heavy burden on enterprises. To address this issue, a versatile automatic testing device based on a domestic MCU AC78406 is designed in this paper. Given that different products have different terminal definitions and connector models, various products can be adapted by replacing wiring harnesses. Function selection is performed on the host computer interface to generate a functional test interface for different products. The results indicate that the automatic test bench has strong versatility, enabling one device to accommodate multiple products, significantly reducing the production and manufacturing costs for enterprises and enhancing the competitiveness of their products.
