摘要:
综述了旋涡泵的特点及应用情况;对旋涡泵国内外研究现状做了详尽、深入地分析,并进行了总结;在此基础上讨论了旋涡泵研究中急需要解决的问题,分析了旋涡泵设计及理论研究的方向,认为研制新型高性能旋涡泵,加强其设计方面的机理研究已成为我国液压泵领域亟待解决的重大问题。指出了在旋涡泵的内部流场分布、设计方法和测试技术等方面建立和完善现代设计理论方法的重要性。
Abstract:
This paper summarize the vortex pump characteristics and application.Vortex pump on research status at home and abroad, has done a detailed, in-depth analysis,and a summary. Based on this discussion the vortex pump research urgently needed to solve the problem,analyze the direction of the vortex pump design and theoretical research.That the development of new high-performance vortex pump,to strengthen its mechanism design has become a major issue in the field of hydraulic pump to be solved.It pointed out the vortex pump internal flow field distribution aspects of the design methods and testing techniques to establish a sound, the importance of modern design theory method system.
