摘要:
针对磨煤过程对落煤管的冲击力较大,使得落煤管频繁损坏和更换的问题,提出一种基于PLC与关联规则的高速磨煤机精准落煤控制方法。基于PLC(Programmable Logic Controller,可编程逻辑控制器),设计落煤控制器。利用Apriori算法发现频繁项目集,利用改进遗传算法生成落煤作业参数关联规则,将关联规则转换为模糊规则表,结合数据库,搭建知识库,通过模糊推理实现高速磨煤机给煤单元转速控制。结果表明:所研究方法控制下,磨煤机给煤单元转速始终保持在30~40 r/min范围内,对应的落煤抛物最大距离始终在0~30 cm之间,说明煤块一直中空落下,没有与落煤管发生碰撞冲击,实现了高速磨煤机的精准落煤控制。
Abstract:
Aiming at the problem of frequent damage and replacement of the coal drop pipe due to the large impact of the coal grinding process on the coal drop pipe, a precise coal drop control method of high-speed coal mill based on PLC and association rules is proposed. Based on PLC (programmable logic controller), the coal falling controller is designed. The frequent item set is found by Apriori algorithm, and the association rules of coal falling operation parameters are generated by improved genetic algorithm. The association rules are transformed into fuzzy rule table, combined with database, build knowledge base, and realize the speed control of coal feeding unit of high-speed pulverizer through fuzzy reasoning. The results show that under the control of the studied method, the speed of the coal feeding unit of the pulverizer is always maintained in the range of 30 ~ 40 R / min, and the maximum distance of the corresponding coal falling parabola is always between 0 ~ 30 cm, indicating that the coal block has been falling hollow without collision with the coal falling pipe, realizing the accurate coal falling control of the high-speed pulverizer.
