摘要:
为准确获知室外自然光下太阳电池的表面辐照度,基于辐照度与太阳电池短路电流的线性关系,设计了一种适用于光伏电站的太阳辐照度计。以单晶硅电池片作为辐照度传感器,较好地解决了总辐射表由于光谱分布和辐照方位角引起的测量误差问题;利用热敏电阻器采集电池片温度,为辐照度测量值增加了温度修正功能,提高了辐照度计的准确性;采用脉冲式太阳模拟器校准辐照度计,最后在室外自然光下与标准太阳电池测试比对,获得了误差仅为1.5%的较好结果。
Abstract:
In order to obtain the accurate surface irradiance of solar cell under outdoor natural light, the solar irradiance instrument with temperature correction designed is applied to photovoltaic power station measurement due to the short-circuit current is proportional to irradiance. Monocrystalline silicon cell was used for irradiance sensor, eliminating the error in pyranometer much better caused by the spectral distribution and irradiation azimuth . Thermistor was utilizied to acquire the backside temperature of cell, improving the measurement precision of irradiance with the addition of the temperature correction. The solar irradiance detector calibrated by pulse-solar simulator presents a small error which is only 1.5%, in comparison with the standard solar cell under outdoor natural light.
