摘要:
介绍一种基于单片机和科大讯飞TTS语音模块的电容式液位测量装置。首先利用电容式液位测量方法将被测液位变化转换为电容变化,再经由555定时器芯片将该电容变化转换为更便于测量的频率变化;内置的温度传感器测出当前温度,并对其进行温度补偿。最后通过LCD及TTS语音模块显示并播报当前液位测量结果。文中详细讨论了该测量方法的基本工作原理,给出了系统的详细硬件设计方案及主要软件流程图,可供同类测量装置的设计及应用提供借鉴。
Abstract:
A capacitive liquid lever instrument based on single chip microcomputer and Iflytek TTS voice module was presented here. Firstly, the changes of measured level were transformed to the capacitance’s using the capacitive level measuring method, and further transformed to the frequency changes which could be detected more easily via 555 timer chip. Secondly,the built in temperature sensors measured the current temperature, in order to realize the temperature compensation. Finally, the liquid lever measurement results were displayed and broadcasted by LCD and TTS module. In this paper, the basic principle of the presented measurement method was discussed in detail. The system’s hardware scheme and software flow chart were also given. Thus, it could provide reference for the design and application of similar measuring device.
