摘要:
针对工业控制领域电机转速测量问题,设计了一种通用测量系统。该系统采用光电编码器作为电机转速的脉冲产生装置,利用西门子S7-200 PLC的高速计数器采集光电编码器产生的脉冲信号,根据M法测速方式,由PLC实时计算电机转速。测试表明,该通用测速系统快速可靠准确,可用于工业控制领域电机转速测量。
Abstract:
For the measurement of motor speed of industrial control field, a universal measurement system was designed. The system adopted?photoelectric?encoder as pulse generator of motor speed,pulse signals?generated by the?photoelectric encoder were acquired by high speed counter?of SIEMENS S7-200 PLC. According to the?measurement?method of M,?the real-time motor speed was calculated by PLC.Tests showed that?the?universal measurement system?was fast and reliable?and accurate, it could be used for the measurement?of motor speed?of industrial?control field.
