摘要:
针对FPSO等大型船体受到风、浪、流的影响,时常处于横、摆、摇,且无规律运动的状态,容器内的液位受船体运动影响,导致液位不容易准确测量,影响整个生产流程的稳定性。该文通过研究动态环境下液位变化的特点,探讨了一种新的液位测量方法,使用套筒、阻尼挡板,结合CFD仿真,讨论了一个或多个液位测量装置的安装位置,从而提高液位测量的稳定性和准确性。该方法在很大程度上减少了由于液位波动造成的错误关断和报警,保证了动态海况下液位监测的准确性和FPSO工艺生产的稳定性;避免了人工反复核查、中控反复确认复位等大量重复性工作,降低了人工成本和生产成本。
Abstract:
For FPSO and train large hull under the influence of wind, wave and flow, often in a horizontal, place, shake, and irregular movement state, container level affected by hull movement, cause the liquid level is not easy to be measured accurately, influence the stability of the whole production process.Based on the functional properties of instrumentation, characterized by changes in level of dynamic environment, discussed a new method of liquid level measurement, the use of sleeve, damping baffle,select one or more level device installation location, so as to improve the stability and accuracy of liquid level measurement. This method greatly reduces the error caused by the fluctuation of liquid level shutdown and alarm, to ensure a good safety production level monitoring accuracy and the dynamic conditions of FPSO process. The utility model has the advantages of avoiding manual repeated checking and repeated confirmation by the central control, thereby reducing labor cost and production cost.
