摘要:
为了提高重载货车坡道行驶的安全性,在对车辆持续制动特性和制动鼓温升特性进行研究的基础上,设定制动鼓安全温度阈值为250 ℃,采用理论建模和试验研究相结合的方法,建立了重载货车采用不同联合制动方式坡道行驶时的失控车速预测模型,确定了车速与坡长和坡度之间的关系,从而得出不同坡长、坡度对应的失控车速,为交通运营管理及安全工作提供科学的决策依据。
Abstract:
In order to improve the safety of heavy-loaded trucks driving on ramp, on the basis of studying the characteristics of vehicle continuous braking and brake drum temperature rise,setting the safety temperature threshold of brake drum to 250 ℃,adopting the method of combining theoretical modeling with experimental research,the paper established the prediction model for the out-of-control speed of heavy-loaded truck with different combined braking modes. On this basis the paper got the relationship between speed and slope length and slope ratio,and obtained the out of control speed corresponding to different slope length and slope ratio,which provide scientific decision-making basis for traffic operation management and safety work.
