摘要:
为了解决电源质量监督与检验验收中工作效率低、质量隐患难发现、历史数据难利用等问题,该文设计了基于LabVIEW软件和嵌入式技术的实验装备检验系统。利用传感器采集检验项目中的电压、电流、纹波、噪声、加速度和输入电压,经过ARM处理后经通信电路发送给LabVIEW上位机软件,并依据技术指标给出检验结果。实验结果表明,该系统具有测试效率高,数据获取存储方便,故障诊断准确等优点。
Abstract:
In order to solve the problems in power quality supervision and inspection,such as low work efficiency,difficult to find quality hidden dangers,and difficult to use historical data,etc.An experimental equipment inspection system based on LabVIEW and embedded technology is.Using sensors to collect the voltage,current,ripple,noise,acceleration and input voltage parameters.After processing,it is sent to LabVIEW host computer software for display through communication circuit. The test results are given according to the technical indexes.The experimental results show that the system has the advantages of high efficiency,convenient data acquisition and storage,and accurate fault diagnosis.
