摘要:
设计了以PLC为核心的分拣系统，利用接近开关等各型传感器，依据三自由度的气动机械手、真空吸盘、底层传送带、下站的准备状况检测和停止放行机构的控制要求，结合气动元件的特点，实现自动生产线上对部件的分拣要求。设备成本低廉、控制简单、调试维修方便、运行可靠。
Abstract:
The?sorting?system?based?on?PLC?shall?be?designed,connected?with?various?types of?sensors such?as??proximity?switches, three-degree-of-freedom pneumatic manipulator,vacuum sucker,bottom?conveyor?belt,detection?readiness?status?of?next?node,the?control?requirements?of?stop?release?mechanism,combined?with?the?characteristics?of?pneumatic?components,to?meet?the?requirements?of sorting?parts?in?automatic?production?line.The?equipment?is?characterized?by?low?cost,simple?control,convenient maintenance?and?reliable?operation.
