摘要:
针对某变速箱装配线人员多、自动化程度低等问题,该文以原PLC控制系统和装配线为主体,设计专用夹具并增加程序,利用协作机器人将原人工工位替代。改造后实现了人/机互换,避免长时间停机；工位节拍提升33.3%；工位合格率提升3%；除去1年回本期，直接降本12万/年。
Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of many personnel and low automation in a gearbox assembly line, the original PLC control system and assembly line are taken as the main body, the special fixture is designed and the program is added, and the original manual work station is replaced by the cooperative robot. After the transformation, the exchange of man/machine is realized to avoid long downtime, the work station rhythm is increased by 33.3%, the qualified rate of work station is increased by 3%, and the cost is directly reduced by 120,000/year after one year returning to the current period.
