摘要:
在电力系统的电缆敷设过程中,电缆敷设机的工作速度、摆放位置等参数控制的精准度可以直接影响电缆敷设的效率和安全性。然而,电缆敷设机的速度控制精度容易受到伺服电机调速系统的非线性、参数不确定性以及负载突变性影响。滑模变结构控制方法因其易实现、不依赖系统模型、对内部参数不匹配和外部负载变化具有不变性的优点,在实际自动化控制应用领域中被广泛应用。该文提出将滑模变结构方法应用在电力电缆敷设自动控制系统中,该方法首先分析影响电缆敷设机输送带工作速度的因素与动态特性,确定相关控制参数。然后,根据电缆控制参数作为控制变量,进行基于滑模变结构控制的速度控制器设计,最后,实现了基于PLC的滑模变结构控制系统,并且利用Qt平台设计了电力电缆敷设自动控制系统监控平台。实验利用数据测试了电缆敷设系统的工作性能,结果表明,跟经典的的PID控制比较,基于PLC的滑模变结构控制电缆敷设系统有速度响应快、系统超调量小、系统跟踪精度高、鲁棒性能强等优点,该方法在电缆输送带自动控制中表现出显著的控制性能,并且具有实际的应用价值。
Abstract:
In the cable-laying process of the power system, the control accuracy of the cable-laying machine’s working speed, placement position, and other parameters can directly affect the efficiency and safety of cable laying. However, the speed control accuracy of the cable-laying machine is susceptible to the non-linearity, parameter uncertainty, and load variability of the servomotor speed control system.The slippery film variable structure control method is widely used in servomotor speed control systems due to its advantages of being easy to implement, independent of the system model, and invariant to internal parameter mismatches and external load variations. This paper proposes to apply the sliding film variable structure method to the automatic control system of power cable laying. Firstly, the technique analyses the factors and dynamic characteristics that affect the working speed of the conveyor belt of the cable-laying machine to determine the relevant control parameters. Then, design the speed controller based on the sliding film variable structure control with cable operating parameters as control variables. Finally, design the control system of sliding film variable structure based on PLC, And the Qt platform was utilized to design a monitoring platform for power cable laying automatic control system.The experiments used data to measure the working performance of the cable laying system. The results show that the PLC-based sliding film variable structure control of cable laying has the advantages of fast response speed, small overshooting, small tracking error, and strong anti-interference ability compared with the traditional PID control. The method shows a significant control performance in the automatic control of cable conveyor belts and has practical applications.
