摘要:
气动控制阀作为流体控制系统的关键设备之一,其流量特性对过程控制有着直接影响。该文设计一套基于LabVIEW的集试验装置,通讯模块,数据采集、分析模块于一体的气动控制阀流量特性检测系统,可对气动控制阀的流量特性进行在线检测和实时评估,最后用Ansys-Fluent分析气动控制阀的流量特性,将仿真结果与检测系统实测数据对比论证,结果表明,该系统能准确、高效地检测出气动控制阀的流量特性。该系统可为气动控制阀制造厂家(质检)、用户企业(维护)、维修企业(检修)提供科学的技术手段。
Abstract:
Pneumatic control valve as one of the key equipment of fluid control system, its flow characteristics have a direct impact on process control. This paper designs a test device, communication module, data acquisition and analysis module based on LabVIEW pneumatic control valve flow characte-ristics detection system, which can carry out online detection and real-time evaluation of pneumatic cont-rol valve flow characteristics. Finally, Ansys-Fluent is used to analyze the flow characteristics of pneum-atic control valve. The simulation results are compared with the measured data of the detection system. The results show that the system can accurately and efficiently detect the flow characteristics of the pne-umatic control valve. The system can provide scientific and technical means for pneumatic control valve manufacturers (quality inspection), user enterprises (maintenance), repair enterprises (overhaul).
