摘要:
为了提高舱段装配与测量的自动化及数据可视化水平,该文提出一种基于触摸屏与PLC的舱段装配测量平台控制系统设计方法。首先讲述平台结构组成及舱段装配测量工艺流程,然后重点提出控制系统硬件选型、控制器软硬件组态,并采用博途TIA软件对西门子S7-1200系列PLC进行核心程序编程设计及结合TP1200触摸屏为人机界面进行多窗口画面组态的工程方法,最后通过一系列触摸屏工艺试验仿真工作,验证该设计可以实现舱段装配自动化与测量数据可视化需求,具有较高推广应用价值。
Abstract:
In order to improve the level of automation and data visualization of cabin assembly and measurement, this paper presents a design method of control system of cabin assembly measurement platform based on touch screen and PLC. First of all, the structure of the platform and the measurement process of cabin assembly are described, and then the hardware selection of the control system and the hardware and software configuration of the controller are put forward. The engineering method of core programming design of Siemens S7-1200 series PLC using Boto TIA software and multi-window screen configuration of the man-machine interface combined with TP1200 touch screen is proposed. Finally, through a series of touch screen process test and simulation work, it is verified that the design can realize the requirements of cabin assembly automation and measurement data visualization, and has high popularization and application value.
