摘要:
针对现场操作岗位监控引入DCS,但现场岗位未能及时掌握了解现场设备运行参数的现状,利用现有监控系统和现场岗位新增触摸屏结合方式,利用有线无线技术相结合的方式,设计了基于以横河DCS和昆仑通态触摸屏串口通信的监控系统,通过横河DCS通信模块ALR121与昆仑通态触摸屏Modbus双主站之间主从协议转换和LoRa_DTU无线传输模块实现数据透传结合,实现横河DCS系统将现场设备运行参数传送到触摸屏进行监控。该文分别阐述整个系统硬件构成、接口线路、软件组态进行分析说明。
Abstract:
In view of the current situation that DCS monitoring has been introduced into the field operation station equipment, but the field station has not been able to grasp and understand the operation parameters of the field equipment in time, using the combination of the existing monitoring system and the new touch screen in the field station, and using the combination of wired and wireless technology, a monitoring system based on the serial communication of Yokogawa DCS and Kunlun Tongtai touch screen is designed. The master-slave protocol conversion between the Yokogawa DCS communication module ALR121 and the Kunlun Tongtai touch screen Modbus double master stations and the LoRa _ DTU wireless transmission module realize the combination of data transmission. The Yokogawa DCS system transmits the operating parameters of the field equipment to the touch screen for monitoring. In this paper, the hardware composition, interface circuit and software configuration of the whole system are analyzed and explained.
