摘要:
为了应对钢铁行业镀锌带钢边部质量需求,该文设计了新型的非接触气刀挡板。通过透射式激光传感器检测带钢边部反馈给由西门子S7-1200 PLC和V90组成伺服控制系统,控制线性丝杠连接的气刀挡板实现设计功能。采用FB284实现V90的EPOS控制方式实现定位控制,并根据传统定位和跟随模式给出两种不同的控制方式,实现了稳定高速的实时位置控制。
Abstract:
In order to meet the quality requirements of steel strip edge with new coating strip, a new non-contact air knife baffle was designed. The edge of strip steel is detected by laser thrubeam sensor and feedback to the servo control system composed of Siemens S7-1200 PLC and V90, which controls the air knife baffle connected with linear lead screw to realize the design function.FB284 is used to realize the EPOS control mode of V90 to realize the positioning control function, According to the traditional positioning and following mode, two different control modes are given to realize the stable and high-speed real-time position control.
